WebI use it as backup on my poison character. It's on the normal upgrade path, but I'm wearing the Crest of the Rat + Sanctum Soldier Gauntlets to boost poison further. My main weapon is the Sanctum Mace, though, which does the majority of the damage both physical and poison. So I guess it's more of a gimmick weapon. WebDS2: Outside of the already mentioned Santiers Spear probably the Cool Ranch/Nacho Cheese powerstance wombo combo. Honorable mention to the classic 99 STR double drumsticks of doom.
