WebDec 26, 2010 · Why does my right arm keep falling asleep? It has been happening on and off for the past 2 months although more recently lately. It is mostly at night when I curl my hand under my head and sleep on my right side. It has happened during the day when I curl my arm and seem to cut of the circulation.
