Just right-click and click on “ Show Containing Folder “. You will jump into the broken CC file from where you can wipe out everything. For wiping out all Sims 4 Broken CC at once just click on the CC Tab.

WebbI haven't looked at the code for tray importer, so what I'm about to say is entirely speculation, but I think you're totally okay. It's likely that the mod base has some core files that are intentionally overwritten or duplicated when you have certain modules installed.
