Now, it starts about 55, but doesn't do it all the time. It will shake for about 10 seconds, then go smooth for about 10 seconds. Not good from the start, never acceded 40 mph before returning to dealership. I know have faith that a stock 4runner can be driven at freeway speeds without vibration in steering wheel.

Soon came to find a vibration between 65 and 75 mph, the steering wheel will shimmy back and forth slightly. Got a new set of tires, had them balanced and the truck alligned. The vibe is still there, and don't know what else to look for.
